We were the first service club established (1900) in Nampa Idaho and are celebrating 120 years of education and community service. We started the Carnegie Library in 1908, added other projects through the years like the Rose Garden at Lakeview Park and organizing the Red Cross Chapter. Today we hold a Student Art and Poetry Contest, support annual high school Senior Scholarships, Nampa Library, Veterans, and Domestic Violence prevention. Our motto is “You find yourself when you lose yourself in the service of others” . We are members of the GFWC IDAHO Federation as well as General Federation of Women's Clubs at gfwc.org.

Our members enjoyed helping out the Salvation Army by ringing bell on Dec. 1 at Fred Meyer. Bringing in donations for them is a great way to start the giving season! Fire Fighters donating.
President Ronalee and her tribe enjoyed helping too!
Our club meets at the Fleet Reserve Building in Nampa. We enjoyed hearing about this veteran's organization at our meeting and since they needed a new roof, we helped them finance it. Presenting $500 to Dan Hunt, Chairman.
This national group of 24,000 members awards yearly scholarships and has an essay contest. MORE INFORMATION AT WWW.FRA.ORG/ESSAY
President Ronalee was interviewed on KIDO talk radio by host (left) Kevin Miller.
Afterwards the American Home Department of our club donated $50 to the Miller's Mission drive for turkeys and food for Boise Rescue Mission/Lighthouse. Rev. Roscoe of Boise Rescue is on the right to accept the donation.
